Strengthening DEIA in CTE requires informed decision making. We will explore the underlying causes of the equity gaps observed in Session 1 and introduce Root Cause Analysis as a strategy for closing them. Participants will engage in a hands-on activity to conduct a root cause analysis and learn how to set SMART goals for putting them in action. Participants will leave with a context for undertaking a systematic, data-driven approach to conducting their CLNA. Participating in Equity in CTE Data  Part 1: Humanizing Data is highly recommended.

All participants need to have a computer or tablet to access and utilize the Tableau tool.
